The produce is chosen according to our customer’s demand. The national produce like cherries, grapes, oranges, mandarins and peaches are carefully selected according to the quality, colour and size our customers require. The same accuracy in the selection is applied to the import trade thanks to our agents abroad.

 About 80 people select the fruit on conveyor belts. They work according to the health rules.. Every single part of the produce is checked. The control slip certifying the quality of the produce is the final step.

The packaging modes depend on the customers’ request. Leuci fruit and vegetables firm offers several types of packaging: goods can be marked with a bar code in order to state the identification and the origin of the product in the international business net. Our firm is a member of the international organization called EAN (European Article Numbering)

...for the best cooling technique

Before distribution goods are kept in cooling cells in which a rapid drop of the temperature is carried out. A pre-cooling system is applied in order to cool the fresh harvested produce very quickly by cold water.
